Cummins finished sixth at Macau

Tyco Suzuki rider Conor Cummins finished yesterday’s Macau Grand Prix in sixth place. Cummins rode a steady pace throughout the ten lap encounter around the Guia Circuit, with the victory going to Michael Rutter. Martin Jessopp was second and Simon Andrews third.
Tyco Suzuki rider Conor Cummins finished yesterday’s Macau Grand Prix in sixth place. Cummins rode a steady pace throughout the ten lap encounter around the Guia Circuit, with the victory going to Michael Rutter. Martin Jessopp was second and Simon Andrews third.
Cummins said: “It was a tough week with stoppages and delays and obviously the loss of Luis Carreira in qualifying was a blow for everyone. I rode my own race and the big Suzuki never missed a beat. I’m a little disappointed with the result, but happy enough with the finish and can now start preparing for next season.”
