During the FP3 at the “GP di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini”, Valentino Rossi took the track with a special helmet, dedicated to his home race.

Located only a few kilometers from Tavullia, the Misano circuit has indeed a special meaning for Valentino, both because of fans declaring their affection, and because of the familiarity he has with the track where he first started riding.

On the right and left sides of the carbon helmet PistaGP, Valentino reports “Misano ti dà una mano”, meaning “Misano helps you”. On top of the nape, instead, the helmet features the yellow 46 logo and the AGV brand, two distinctive elements that always differentiated Valentino during his incredible career. Valentino is extremely tied to his homeland and his roots, so he decided to include typical elements of his original environment in the design.

The helmets is characterised by a light-blue background, and, in bright and fluo colors, it features several unique marks: the handprints of the mechanics of the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team, that, with their experience and master, are always ready to help him during the race; the prints of his beloved dogs Cesare and Cecilia, together with those of his red cat Rossano, the lip marks of the women of his life – his mother Stefania and his girlfriend Linda; and, last but not least, the fingerprint of his friend and designer Aldo Drudi, who has always supported him throughout these creative experiences.
