Tyco Suzuki's Guy Martin has declared himself fit for the upcoming Isle of Man TT depsite taking a bang on the head during Saturday's North West 200 when he crashed on the approach to Black Hill.

Martin was withdrawn from the further track action by team bosses after the accident in the opening Supersport race but was passed fit to race following a checks by circuit medics

“I’m disappointed to miss out on the meeting and pretty frustrated as I didn’t feel I was doing anything wrong when I tucked the front, even though the bike does get a bit unsettled through that bumpy section. I had a really stiff neck after the crash and I had taken a bit of a battering so it was best to sit it out. I’ll be grand for the TT," said Martin, who had apparently asked if it was true that Bruce Anstey was British Supersport Champion following the crash.
