After the progress shown in Le Mans, Romano Fenati and Francesco Bagnaia are ready to face top riders with the home court advantage.

Romano Fenati (San Carlo Team Italia FMI FTR Honda#5) scored his best seasonal result in Le Mans with a seventh place. His goal in Mugello, where last year he finished behind Viñales (current championship leader) by just 0.020, is to put on a show for his home crowd.

Francesco Bagnaia (San Carlo Team Italia FMI FTR Honda#4) was penalized by a contact with Danilo during the French GP, but heads to the Tuscan track with the certainty of having found the right feeling on his Honda-FTR bike and is ready to demonstrate that by scoring his maiden points.

Roberto Locatelli (FMI Technical Coordinator)

"Mugello is always a special race. I hope the progress made in France will bring us to higher positions during the race, with both riders. KTM is still the reference point, and we're doing our best to cut the gap. In Mugello we know which road to take. The team is tight, ready to fight hard and with confidence. On our home track we can score our best results thus far."
