Nocco's first victory in Imola ahead of teammate Morbidelli (who took a stunning win in Portimao) are in the past. The month-long break did not put rust on San Carlo Team Italia's bikes, with the couple racing as wild-card in Imola and taking one win apiece in the Italian Championship last week-end.

The British round will also feature two races, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Morbidelli, who took seventh place last year, aims at cutting the gap (10 points) on leader Duwlez. Nocco, who will debut in Silverstone, already showed his ability to be competitive on new track as well.

Cristiano Migliorati (FMI Technical Coordinator)

"This weekend will be crucial. Fifty points are up for grabs and the standing can change. We are in good form, as shown in CIV, and the team worked hard during the break to further tailor both bikes according to each rider's style. The only question mark is the weather, as always in England, but we are ready to have fun and aim high."

Supersport World Championship

Riccardo Russo (Puccetti Racing Kawasaki) will face a standard schedule. After winning last year in Silverstone, he can take advantage of his feeling with the track to redeem an unfortunate period and climb back in the standings.
