The European Stock 600 championship is half-way through and, after the Portimao win, the Italian team is ready to repeat itself in front of the home crowd.

Franco Morbidelli, after a fantastic win in Algarve, is looking to extend the streak and cut the gap from the lead. He trails by Duwlez and Chesaux but always scored points thus far and can seize the occasion at home.

Alessandro Nocco also doesn't want to miss the opportunity. The youngster impressed the public in Portugal finishing sixth, his best result this season, on such a tricky track, which he had never seen before.

Cristiano Migliorati (FMI Technical Coordinator)

"We're charged after the victory in Portimao. Technically, the team worked well to prepare the home race in the best possible way. I'm expecting something extra from everyone involved. Morbidelli has to confirm himself after a perfect race. Nocco can finally claim his stature among the best in this category on a track that looks favorable to him.

Supersport World Championship

The seventh race of the SuperSport World Championship will take place in Imola, with Riccardo Russo riding the Puccetti Racing Team's Kawasaki. After an unfortunate week-end in Portugal, where he missed the race due to a technical problem on the grid, Russo is ready for redemption on a track where he won last year in Stock 600.
